Henry is a secret agent. At least, he wishes he was. He works in the basement at the FBI in a windowless file room, a place nobody ever goes and a place nobody knows exists. His job is to guard the room, and his only directive is this: don’t read the files.
Henry read the files.
They’re all conspiracies. From aliens to assassinations to attempted global domination by evil corporations, and yes, they’re all true.
But Henry just doesn’t care. It’s a way for him to pass the time at his mundane job and cope with his depressing life.
Then one day Henry reads a file linking a conspiracy to the tragedy in his own life. He decides to investigate and record everything in a book to his son, vowing to uncover the truth, take vengeance on those responsible, and maybe even become the secret agent he always wanted to be.
To My Only Son follows one man and his search for answers to the unexplainable: unspoken grief, unfulfilled ambition, and of course, conspiracy.
God and Todd
Meet Todd.
He is thirty-three years old, but also seven, and he loves movies. Todd has the mind of a seven-year-old, and he always will. A childhood accident left Todd stunted, without the ability to express himself clearly, and only one person truly understands him.
God.
The Almighty speaks to Todd and gives him a mission: to repair the broken relationships of his friends and family. In a small town ripped apart by tragedy and violence, God uses Todd, the most unlikely of heroes.
God and Todd spans the imagination and faith of a boy who never grew up as he confronts the deep questions of his existence: movies, comics, King Arthur, American society, religion, broken dreams, his purpose to the people in his orbit, and of course, his relationship with God.
